Zoning Board of Appeals

Upon receiving an application for a Building Permit, the Building Inspector determines whether the plans comply with the Village's zoning requirements. If the plans submitted do not comply, the applicant may choose to apply to the Zoning Board of Appeals for a variance. 

Meetings

• Zoning Board meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm.
• Applications to the Zoning Board must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the meeting. Incomplete applications will be returned to the applicant. 

Agendas & Minutes

Agendas are available approximately 1 week prior to meetings. Transcripts are available once approved, generally following the next scheduled meeting.
