This form should be used when updating a Certificate of Occupancy, or transferring a Certificate of Occupancy to a new owner. The survey must be current (within 1 year) and must be certified to the current owner.
Surveys must include lot coverage and clearing calculations.
Lot coverage must include all structures, swimming pools, decks, patios & walkways set in concrete, and impervious driveways (asphalt, oil & stone or with RCA base).
Do not include any proposed improvements on the survey.
