Private Roads
It is the responsibility of the individual homeowners' assocations and residents of private roads to maintain the roads in which they reside. Contact your HOA to report any maintenance issues.
The following are considered private:
- North Haven Shores HOA
- North Haven Manor HOA
- North Haven Point HOA
- West Banks HOA
- Bay Haven HOA
- Harbor View HOA
- West Shores HOA
- Oak Drive*
- Cedar Haven Lane*
- Baldwin & Tracy Drives*
- Sea Gull Hill & Cox's Walk*
- Stock Farm Lane*
- Meadow Brook Way*
- Deerfield Road*
*These private roads do not have organized Home Owners' Associations.
Public Roads
The Village of North Haven is responsible for maintaining all public roads within the Village, with the exception of Ferry Road (State Road 114) and Short Beach Road (County Road 60).
The Village staff regularly monitors road conditions. Please contact Village Hall (631-725-1378) to report any issues with road conditions.
